Fort Training is a Central London training space built around strength, discipline and personal transformation.

The “New Year, New Me” period represented a key cultural moment, not just for acquisition, but for reshaping motivation into action. The challenge was to move beyond traditional gym marketing and connect with audiences through identity, habit formation and emotional intent rather than transactional fitness messaging.

We collaborated with their creative team to develop multiple ad concepts exploring different motivational angles (from discipline-led messaging to lifestyle transformation storytelling ) allowing us to identify the narratives that most strongly resonated with high-intent audiences.

Meta Ads was used as the primary acquisition engine, supported by structured testing across formats, audiences and messaging variations to optimise lead quality and conversion efficiency. This was integrated with Google Analytics and Fort Training’s internal booking system, enabling a clearer view of the full journey from first interaction to scheduled session and lead qualification.

CONCLUSION

This campaign demonstrated how fitness growth is most effective when it moves beyond acquisition mechanics and connects with human motivation.

By combining structured performance testing with more emotionally resonant creative angles, Fort Training strengthened not only lead generation efficiency, but also the way potential members engaged with the idea of joining a training community.
