This project laid the foundation for reliable data-driven decision-making, equipping the client with tools to track, understand and optimize performance at every stage.

The client needed to track book purchases on key landing page while maintaining consistent and reliable tracking across their entire website.

 

To streamline tag management and ensure accurate performance insights by consolidating all tracking into a single, structured Google Tag Manager (GTM) container and deploying Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

 

After a through audit and a collaboratively developed Tracking Plan, we:

- Centralized all tracking into a single GTM container to streamline tag management

- Integrated with the client’s backend for stable, real-time event tracking

- Implemented Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking aligned with best practices

- Built custom dashboards to visualize and compare key performance indicators more clearly.
