Unite Hostel set out to position itself as more than accommodation, but more as a social hub for global urban travellers, creatives and digital nomads visiting Barcelona. The challenge was not simply to drive bookings, but to communicate a lifestyle and sense of belonging that differentiated Unite from traditional hostels.
We developed a multi-market growth strategy combining paid social, cultural relevance and community-driven storytelling to attract travellers seeking connection-led experiences during Primavera Sound. The messaging focused on Unite’s unique ecosystem: beachfront living, coworking spaces, wellness culture and shared social experiences that allowed visitors to experience Barcelona through local connection rather than tourism alone.

Special Event Campaign - Primavera Sound Partnership: As the official accommodation partner, we leverage the collaboration and launched a focused 10-day campaign designed to capture travel intent from festival-goers visiting Barcelona. The strategy focused on tapping into the cultural energy surrounding the festival and aligning Unite with the lifestyle, creativity and international community that Primavera attracts.
