Revel Fest

Revel Fest was created with the ambition of redefining the traditional festival experience: bringing together music, wellness, sport and meaningful social connection within a new lifestyle-driven event format.

As a first-edition festival entering a competitive market, the challenge was not only to drive ticket sales, but to establish a clear identity capable of attracting the right community from day one.

We supported Revel Fest through consulting and advisory across growth strategy, audience positioning and paid acquisition planning. The proposal  focused on building visibility across Madrid and surrounding cities while attracting audiences aligned with the festival’s cultural DNA (people interested in music, movement, wellness and social experiences with purpose).

 

To maximise both awareness and ticket conversion, we designed a full-funnel acquisition ecosystem combining Meta, TikTok and programmatic Ads within sports and culture publications including Marca, AS and Mundo Deportivo. The conversion layer included retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences and first-party data activation through email and WhatsApp communities.​​

CONCLUSION

The strategy showed how positioning and audience clarity can accelerate the growth of emerging cultural events. By combining performance marketing with community-led messaging and lifestyle alignment, the project successfully translated awareness into attendance while establishing the foundations for a long-term festival brand with strong cultural identity.
