This campaign proved how well-executed paid social, when paired with cultural timing and precise targeting, can significantly drive results for hospitality brands aiming to turn scrolls into stays.

With the launch of Unite Hostel and the goal of increasing direct Instagram-driven bookings across four European markets, we developed and executed a targeted paid media strategy aimed at high-intent travelers.
Unite Hostel is a modern, beachside hostel in Barcelona designed for global urbanites, yogis and digital nomads. With on-site coworking, a restaurant and community-driven vibes, the brand’s mission is to offer visitors the chance to experience Barcelona like a local. Therefore, we created a multi-phase action plan focused on geolocation, intent-based targeting and seasonal relevance.
Our strategy was built around two complementary pillars:
1) Always-On Campaigns: We launched ongoing campaigns to promote Unite Hostel as a unique, community-driven accommodation in Barcelona. Messaging highlighted its proximity to the beach, local lifestyle immersion and shared spaces that foster connection—ideal for young travelers and digital nomads.
2) Special Event Campaign: Primavera Sound Partnership As the official accommodation partner, Unite was ideally positioned to attract festival-goers visiting Barcelona. We activated a focused 10-day campaign to capture high travel intent among music fans across Europe and drive last-minute bookings. This was supported by organic social pushes, influencer collaborations and real-time community content, amplifying the campaign’s visibility and reach.
